Third release - ASCII Art draw fix

This release makes ASCII art draw way faster. It's not fully tested but it is confirmed to work on 386

floppy.img - is ready to flash image (1.44 MB format, works on floppy and USB too on supported BIOSes with USB boot)
floppy_360k.img - same as above but in 360 KB format
stillalive.rom - is BIOS extension ROM
demo.bin - is just compiled code that is by default put on floppy.img, it requires bootloader to run

This release updates and fixes some stuff in code.
