Replaced the station names to work with the new URL stream format.
Defunct URL has been updated with one that can be used within or outside the UK. Higher bitrates are available if you are hosting within the UK (such as on a VPS): `http://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio/simulcast/hls/uk/sbr_high/ak/bbc_$1.m3u8` (or `llnw`)
Add instructions for removing timezones to save on CPU usage.
Updated station names in the examples and replaced the instructions for starting radios to use resync since any commands entered manually are prone to error and will be replaced by resync within a week regardless.

Permanent URL changes require more than simply updating the URL. I have renamed the existing stations to match. Given that
resyncis managing the streams within a week I have changed the instructions to direct users to that file rather than messing with individual stations throughstart_radio.sh.Associated changes with the readme.md have been made.
