Removed bootstrapping and comparison to gold standard code
Removed commandline options relating to purged code

Add option to parse pepcount files to msblender2elution.
Also a script to take a wide format elution and convert to a long/tidy format. This script was with my stuff, and makes more sense in preprocessing.
