Collection of scripts to load triangular discretization of a 2D domain and numerically solve a parabolic differential equation (2D heat equation) with Galrekin discretization and Crank-Nicholson method in time, I implemented the transient and steady state solutions, the latter is compared with the numerical solution on a very well refined grid.
