First public release of the PaleoSea2D plugin

This is the very-first public version of the PaleoSea2D plugin. The plugin should normally be fully functional.

To get instructions on how to use this IFM plugin for FEFLOW, please download the author's thesis and electronic annexes (ZIP file) at http://www.ete.inrs.ca/ete/publications/theses-memoires, and then read the "Workflow...2D... .pdf" document from Annexe A8.3.
