ElevenClock 2.0

This is a major update:

• Fixed top taskbar but clock at the bottom (#49)
• Added support for smaller taskbars (#53)
• Fix auto-hide taskbars behaviour (#47)
• Added right-click context menu to the clocks
• Added greyish effect when clicking the clock (#21)
• More bugfixing and preformance improvements

• Added settings window, providing the ability to:

  • Hide the icon tray
  • Change visible information on the clock
  • Add more options about how elevenclock installs updates
  • Select whether the clock should hide if an app goes fullscreen
  • Toggling seconds is now automatic, it does not need registry tweaking
