move away from vtkITK for Segmentation filters
switch to ITK4

fix for rendering issue with vmtkcenterlines -seedselector openprofiles (DONE)
fix text input in render window (- . and keypad) (DONE)
have PypePad fork a Pype process using multiprocessing instead of running in the same process (DONE)
adjust PypePad window size and layout (DONE)
fix scripts menu when list is too long (DONE)
change screenshot location to home directory (DONE)
