Describe your changes

Adds reference to the winglang cli npm package to the registry. Winglang is a modern infrastructure-as-code programming language based on typescript. It's main goal is to facilitate testable, repeatable deployments to a multitude of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Hello @williamboman,
Sorry to bother. Since opening this request, I have found out that while the winglang repository is licensed primarily under MIT (which I have specified in the new package definition), the console application is "source available".
Just wanted to bring that to your attention before (if) this is accepted. Which license value would be most appropriate in this situation?
