Mathigon Development Server

This is a simple NodeJS server to run local development versions of Mathigon's interactive textbooks.

• Course icons in sidebar – 1
• Share, language, glossary and accessibility icons in sidebar footer – 2
• Next button colour and course. Determine nextCourse from curriculum.yaml – 2
• Custom homepage in markdown – 3
• Enable Archie/tutor customisation (name and icon) – 3
• Enable "reveal-all" courses – 1
• Move Gulp scripts into dev-server to avoid duplication - 3
