Scripts created by the community for cuwo, the open Cube World server

Implements basic monitoring of users and support kick and ban functions
Enable by add 'web' to the scripts list in config.py.
Connect to it by server_ip:8008, also need second port 5470 open to be open.
Ports and login details can be configured in config/web.py.
