Now that element-hq/element-web#26291 has landed, so that https://develop.element.io is using rust crypto, I think this build has served its purpose. |

This Pull Request exists mainly to build a rust-crypto based Element Web (ie, Element Web R) and deploy it to Netlify.

The tracking issue for Element Web R is element-hq/element-web#21972.
