### Logistics Service Provider (LSP)

This code deals with creating logitics chains for good transport.
It is based on work in the dfg-freight project.

For further development and in preparartion of maybe getting a contrib later, this part is extracted from the project repo (https://github.com/matsim-vsp/freight-dfg17) (May 22, kmt)
