Hi, I wanted to get the plugin working on the 2023.1 IntelliJ platform. This PR upgrades the IntelliJ plugin and changes the settings to support targeting 2023.1. I also had to make a code change due to a nullability change. Let me know if this PR works for you or if you need any other changes made. Thanks in advance!
