@Rutam21 - The docs are incorrect regarding the ability to create a team from the + option. Team creation is available only by selecting the team name.
Are you open to updating and simplifying the docs as follows:
Create a team
You can create a team using a web browser or the desktop app by selecting a team name, and then selecting Create a Team, unless your system admin has disabled your ability to do so.
