This PR adds enough support for Swift 6 (macros, isolation, async-await) to handle the test case that failed in #16
This is not an exhaustive implementation of the features in the latest Swift 6. Notably unimplemented are the differentiable functions but there's a few dozen other cases spread around that remain absent.
I'm going to leave it at this, for now.
