mpbuildstarts docker in privileged mode. This is required to allow flashing of the firmware via the container.However, this also introduces some security risk and the risk of breaking the host.
This PR allows us to specify whether we want to run Docker-privileged or not
The default is privileged for not breaking the existing logic.
