Main window is not restored to the monitor where it was before quitting the app if window is partially moved out of screen.

Steps to reproduce:

Open an App
Drag it to another monitor, which is not your main monitor
Place the window partially moved out of screen.
Maximize the window on that monitor
Close the app
Reopen the app
The app will appear maximized on the non-main monitor

I added additional options to respect previos functionality.
