example:

@typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin/7.1.1
@typescript-eslint/parser/7.1.1

after removing parser:

@typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin/7.1.1

after removing eslint-plugin, the folder @typescript-eslint should be deleted as well


          on package delete remove parent folder if is empty
