I've added a new option for fixed bottom rows, which behave the same way as fixed top rows do .. but at the bottom.
I've added the additional code to handle checkboxes and the corners, accordingly.
I'm using this in my mahjong tournament app. to get a floating row in a datatable that is always present, and is at a smart position on screen: https://github.com/ApplySci/aim/blob/main/lib/views/datatable2_fixed_line.dart
