* fix: make env file work with direnv

* feat: pull in stop API client from dotcom

* feat: set up GraphQL API

* fix: appease Credo

* feat: bring in Stops.Repo from dotcom

* test: bring in dotcom/stops tests

* ci: load example environment for mix test

* load sample environment more directly

* don't run repo tests against real API

* add GraphQL test

* use snapshot of real data for GraphQL test

* remove non-canonical route patterns

* remove doors, nodes, and fare vending machines
