[Tidy] Minor CSS updates

Description

CSS updates include:

• Add some CSS to settings container such that items are nicely aligned if someone appends to it
• Add CSS fix that prevented ag header text to wrap when configured (see dev example)
• Update Codeowners file (@nadijagraca and I will be automatically added to PRs if CSS files change)
