First RAMCES release

This first release of the RAMCES method includes the following functionalities:

• Rank the top membrane markers using the pre-trained RAMCES model for an input CODEX dataset
• Create output weighted images of the top-ranked markers to use for segmentation

A small CODEX demo dataset is also included.
