Description
Updated the note regarding behaviour of Chrome when setting the secure flag on cookies on localhost.
This behaviour was fixed in Chrome in version 89 see https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1056543
I have validated the behaviour in Chrome 114
Motivation
The current description of Chrome behaviour when setting the secure flag for cookies in localhost was no longer correct.
