update to modernize.

  • removed history and any mention of lack of support.
  • changed default to current default.
  • removed an example because it did not have a label, and the one immediately after was correct.
  • box alignment for centering is supported.
  • grammar, casing, and tick nits

part of CSS baseline / interop openwebdocs/project#189 - subcomponent openwebdocs/project#202
