“定格”和“暂停点”都感觉有点奇怪。

定格是指的一个值在一个时间段内保持不变。例如，在 Premiere 中，可以添加定格剪辑，或者给动态的属性的插值设为定格，使其在这个时间段内保持不动。而在动画和渐变中，它的“定格”时长为 0，本质上是没有定格的，其概念类似于 Premiere 或 After Effects 中的“关键帧”。

我记得在 Office 中创建渐变时，类似的概念被称为“光圈”，但我觉得这个词也不太合适。
