[ru]: update Web/HTTP/Status translation

Description

Update Russian translation of the page about HTTP response status codes (https://developer.mozilla.org/ru/docs/Web/HTTP/Status).

Motivation

At the moment, the page has an outdated translation as well as outdated page formatting (in the form of a table). In addition, there are no descriptions of some codes.
