This PR removes the super old compatibility tables and specification lists from the Spanish locale where found. Additional cleanup is performed in some cases. This fixes #11594.

Thank you so much! I just removed the section from the orphaned due that it does not render anything, and change the section to "Compatibilidad con navegadores" as es conventions in the files.
