[pt-br]: add translation for Audio Output Devices API

Description

This PR includes translating the page Audio Output Devices API to Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR).

Motivation

In addition to studying web APIs, the intention is to help the Brazilian community by translating some of the pages.
