Demonstration for #1

  • Added UK arb file and supported locale for demonstration
  • Changed default locale for demonstration
  • Added appLocalizationProvider with to get the right AppLocalization by localeProivder
  • Added helloWorldProvider to demonstrate how to use the appLocalizationProvider
  • Changed the texts from HomeScreen to reference appLocalizationProvider
