openwrt-19.07.7-spi_full

Added Build uboot-2020.04.

And also:

1. In /openwrt-19.07.7/bin/targets/sunxi/ the firmware for SPI-flash:
   ..squashfs-sysupgrade.bin will be built.

2. In /openwrt-19.07.7/bin/targets/sunxi/ u-boot for SPI-flash:
   ..squashfs-boot.bin will be built.

3. A dtb will be created in the directory /openwrt-19.07.7/bin/targets/sunxi/
   for writing to SPI-flash: ..squashfs-dtb.

4. In the directory /openwrt-19.07.7/bin/targets/sunxi/
   a fullflash will be created for the programmer to write to SPI-flash:
   ..squashfs-fullflash.bin.
