v2.0.0: Merge pull request #120 from wscherphof/oneversion

On packaging with a version tag, all latest images in the project get the same tag, and pushed immediately.
No more keeping track of which version of each image is in each version of the app.
(But: before packaging, check if your local latests are all up to date)
