Installation and Setup

1. Install required dependencies. For Windows, install wamp and phpmyadmin. For Linux:

$ sudo apt-get install lamp-server^ libapache2-mod-auth-mysql php5-mysql phpmyadmin

2. Check server configuration. Enable rewrite module and ssl module for the server. Restart server.
3. Allow root to have no password in mysql. (Change this if you plan on using a password.)
