Add prefrences

There are four options:

1. Month name: If set, replace month numbers with month names. Default: Month names (long || 2-digit)
2. Show time: Since you may have Gregorian calendar and it shows time you may prefer hide the time in Khorshidi date column. Default: Show (2-digit || hidden)
3. Show Day of week: As it's obvious it shows the day of week in the khorshidi column. Default: hide (hidden || long)
4. English Numbers: Replace arabext number format with latn. Default Persian numbers (arabext || latn)
