I like my Startify to look different when opened with a new, blank Vim instance (
$CWD == $HOME
), than when I've already got a terminal open to a particular project, and open vim from there.To facilitate this, I added a
StartifyDirChanging
autocmd that's applied immediately before Startify re-executes itself post-DirChanged
, giving the user an ideal place to change Startify configuration.I also tried to add documentation and a FAQ entry; although I'm not very experienced with Vim plugins, so you'll have to let me know if I screwed up the formatting or anything.
