The current repository houses both a WDL and Python pipeline, currently only the WDL pipeline is in development receiving version updates. Rather than requiring that the entire repository be pulled to access the WDL pipeline, we should package the WDL and necessary scripts into a compressed package for release. This would allow us to have version dependent packages and clean up our releases.

TODO

  • Use GitHub Actions to package the current WDL codebase for release
