The current implementations of the report generation script and the metadata generation scripts (ficus_analysis.py, gen_metadata.py) rely on positional arguments when invoked, this makes the scripts 1.) inflexible, and 2.) a challenge to test.

  • Convert ficus_analysis.py to a Click app
  • Convert gen_metadata.py to a Click app
