ReadsQC v1.0.12 -> v1.0.15
Readbased v1.0.8 -> v1.0.9
metaMAGs v1.3.11 -> v1.3.14
metaAssembly v1.0.5 -> v1.0.7

Workflow versions are currently set in 3 different places: workflow.js, metagenome_pipeline_wdl.tmpl and nmdcEDGE_assembly.wdl

I updated Readbased, metaMAGS and metaAssembly. Valerie asked me to wait until she finishes long reads before we update ReadsQC
