Taco v1.4.0
Updates to taco-remote-lib to support before_build and after_build hooks. In this release we have removed some outdated functionality which is now in cordova proper, and we now use the cordova-plugin-vs-taco-support plugin to provide support for res/native replacement functionality.
Also changes taco-utils to invoke npm via the CLI rather than requireing it which avoids some issues.
