This PR is not complete so I made it a draft. There are also some remaining TODOs to figure out, that will most likely require a new version of the
@microsoft/vscode-processutilspackage.The intent of this PR is to rewrite
cpUtilsto use our@microsoft/vscode-processutilspackage, and to also show some examples of how command lines can be constructed. I went for variety over quantity.
