Implement ability to create envelope around trajectories with a certain band depth (between 0 and 1).

By default, the N (number of bands to use in band depth calculation) is 10. For a higher resolution band depth calculation, a higher number should be used, but this also lengthens processing time. When a future PR is submitted for preprocessing of this step, this will no longer be an issue, but for now, we've kept N=10.
