Add git commit companion files rule

When committing single file we also want to commit files related to this change (eg. nav, redirects).

I added rule in git settings:

It will iterate over all files and add a file if the rule is true.

@ggodlewski I tried to git push on wikigdrive.dev and something didn't work.

I didn't see any errors in logs, but they look pretty empty inside.

Retested today, the same issue still occurs:
