Release v0.9.0

Marks the stable release.

This release is mainly intended to alleviate the people using this repo as their daily runner from unwanted updates. This bug was brought to my attention and I need to do some experimentation and don't want to cause breakage in other people's system.

Known issue:

• Doesn't work for people exposing their instance over Nabu Casa.
