…d API - Added new public method `refreshNotificationPermissionStatus()` to re-check system push notification authorization and send update to backend. - Marked `notificationsRequestAuthorization(granted:)` as deprecated and redirected it to the new method. - Updated internal implementation to use unified `checkNotificationStatus()` logic.
