- installs Oracle 19c client
- installs WinRAR to extract BIP Client 4.3 software
- installs BIP Client 4.3 SP1 Patch 12 as per Azure PDMR2W00014
- contains code to install BIP Client 4.2 but un-used
- turns off firewall settings for installation if not Windows 2012 R2 then turns them back on
- adds a couple of shortcuts to the desktop but probably not needed
