  • pull config from file, dependent on whether ONR or NCR
  • keep all/most other functions common, slight differences in installer functions now based on application type
  • remove all the Get-Tags requirements
  • pull ALL config lookups, including tags into one $config variable

There will be a follow up PR in the mod-plat-environments repo to deal with the changed server-type
