Pin Ubuntu runners to version 24.04

Changes

This PR pins the Ubuntu runners to version 24.04 to ensure consistency across workflows and prevent unexpected environment changes.

The following workflows have also been updated, since they were using a deprecated version:

.github/workflows/bytes_tests.yml
.github/workflows/boefjes_tests.yml
.github/workflows/boefjes-tests.yml
.github/workflows/mula_tests.yml
