This PR removes unnecessary characters
الfrom the Arabic translation of a few strings.Context
Was searching for an open-source prayer times app on F-Droid, and luckily found NoorUlHuda. Was quite impressed, so I decided to test-drive it for a few days. That's when I noticed that the prayer push notifications contained slightly mistranslated text.

Thank you very much for developing this remarkable app, open-sourcing it, and publishing it on F-Droid. I intend to use it for the foreseeable future ❤️
