Feedback for applying mock

• Whenever a mock location is applied, the title bar flashes green, so you know that it worked. Neat!
• If you do a three-finger tap, your current location is mocked. This is wayyy more convenient than hunting down the APPLY button

Location Time up-to-date

• Each time location is "mocked" (once per second), ensure that mocked time is always refreshed

Marshmallow-Compatibility

• Will show a notification if insufficient privileges are held to mock location
  ** Includes directions for pre-marshmallow and post-marshmallow
• Makes it easier to get a development environment set up - gradle build won't fail if positionMockApiKey isn't set
