Description (What does it do?)
This PR updates the chatbot report to accommodate the recent changes in mitodl/learn-ai#301 and mitodl/learn-ai#307 for standardizing chatbot output. It simplify the query, but we will use djangocheckpoint_id to sort the messages until mitodl/learn-ai#309 is fixed to address the checkpoint_step out of sync issue, which the report depends on.
