could you release a new version after merging this?
Reason for my pr is: I have a dependency on BDEW-datetimes and I get
"New Year's Eve"as name of January first, where instead I expected "Neujahr". Seems to be related to the default system language, because it only fails in the CI but works on my local machine. Hopefully this PR fixes the problem. we can surely say, the BDEW Calendar is a German Calendar ;)
